P4PARTY efficiently planned our Amsterdam wedding! This was no small task involving more than 100 people requiring multicultural and international coordination. Yasmin sensitively and tactfully managed our beautiful day at the Oudekerk and the House of Amsterdam: reception catering, transportation, the site selection for the wedding ceremony and reception, as ceremony master and for guest facilitation.  Of note, Yasmin quickly arranged dinner reservations for two separate family parties of more than 15 people at a last minute request at the end of the reception, during the very busy Amsterdam Uitmarkt festival.  From her event planning experiences and eye for detail, she also suggested a very successful and well received children's table during the reception - keeping the children busy and freeing the parents to enjoy the party.  Two small examples of her competency!

 The most important qualities P4PARTY brought to us were confidence and trust; we knew that Yasmin could handle any matter that arose and understood our requirements to give the best recommendations and make the best decisions on our behalf.  What a wonderful gift to us, especially on our wedding day!
